Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the adverse effect of vibrations of fans on microscope observation. SOLUTION: A transmission illuminating light source 6 and an epi-illuminating light source 13 illuminate a specimen 19. A microscope operating section 34 obtains an instruction to photograph a microscope image of the specimen 19. The video camera 3 photographs the microscope image of the specimen 19. An external housing 36 accommodates the transmission illuminating light source 6 and epi-illuminating light source 13 and a video camera 3. The electric fans 37a, 37b, and 37c ventilate the external housing 36 and expels heat. When a microscope operating part 34 obtains an instruction to photograph the microscope image of the specimen 19, a host system 2 controls the numbers of the rotations of the electric fans 37a, 37b, and 37c. After the control of the number of rotations, the host system 2 controls the video camera 3 and then causes it to photograph the microscope image of the specimen 19. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
