Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable pH sensing material having a nanometer size not attacked by aqueous solutions having various pH values, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: After a boron nitride nanostructure is immersed in a dopamine aqueous solution to coat a polydopamine membrane, the coated polydopamine membrane is immersed in a silver ion solution and treated at 80°C for 24 h to deposit silver nanoparticles on the coated polydopamine membrane. Further, this product is immersed in a biotin-fluorescein solution to manufacture the pH sensing material, to which biotin-fluorescein is adhered, having the nanometer size.
