LUBRICANT OIL FOR HOT ROLLING OIL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOT ROLLED PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant oil for a hot rolling oil for an aluminium plate which is excellent in rolling lubrication and iron corrosion resistance in a hot rolling process, and can provide an aluminium rolled plate with an excellent plate surface quality. SOLUTION: The lubricant oil for a hot rolling oil for an aluminium plate comprises (a) a mineral oil having a kinetic viscosity of 80 mm2/s (40°C) or less, (b) 1-14 mass% of an aliphatic acid having a carbon number of 10-22, (c) 5-15 mass% of an oil fat and/or a synthetic ester, (d) 5-10 mass% of a phosphorus base extreme-pressure agent, (e) 0.1-1 mass% of polyoxyethylene alkylamine, as well as 0.1-10 mass% of the organic acid salt of a copolymer made from one or more kinds of amine base monomers, (meth)acrylamide, and a (meth)acrylic acid salt, wherein the component (c) and the component (d) have a mass ratio (the component (c)/the component (d)) of 1/0.6-1/1.
