SOLUTION: The waterproof branching structure of the vertically installed bus duct includes a branching conductor 215 branched from a bus duct 1 installed in a perpendicular direction, a flange part 22 provided on the upper side of the branching conductor 215 and protruded outside from the bus duct 1, a cover part 4 provided on the lower side of the flange part 22 to cover the branching conductor 215, and an insertion opening 4151 provided at the cover part 4 and for leading out a branch path from the branching conductor 215.
