Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle fault detecting device that detects a one phase opening fault of an inverter. SOLUTION: A vehicle 100: a battery B, a voltage converter 12 for converting a voltage VB of the battery B, first/second inverters 14, 22 for receiving a voltage VH converted by the voltage converter 12, and motor/generators MG1, MG2 respectively imparted with a three phase voltage by the first/second inverters 14, 22. A fault detecting device includes: a voltage sensor 13 for detecting the voltage VH converted by the voltage converter 12; and a control device 30 which calculates the number of times in which a fluctuation range DV of the voltage VH detected by the voltage sensor 13 exceeds a threshold DVT within a fixed period of time, as a count value, and operates as a detecting part for detecting the occurrence of a fault in the second inverter 14 on the basis of the count value.
