Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater device in which an exothermic layer is hardly damaged and a local recessed deformation is hardly caused even if a local load is added to the device surface. SOLUTION: The heater device has a front layer portion 3 provided on the front side of a core layer portion 2 which can share support of an external load, and an induction heating coil 4 is provided on the rear side of the core layer portion 2. The front layer portion 3 is provided with a covering layer 5 made of synthetic resin to form the device surface 1a, an exothermic layer 6 made of metal thin film provided on the rear side of the covering layer 5, and a heat insulation layer 7 which is provided between the rear side of the exothermic layer 6 and the front side of the core layer portion 2, and has a large number of hollow parts 7b formed surrounded by pressure-resistant separation parts 7a made of synthetic resin going from the front side to the rear side, with the front side and/or the rear side open.
