Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy of dischargeable capacity of a secondary battery. SOLUTION: A battery pack has: a voltage detection means for detecting voltage of a battery unit formed of a plurality of secondary batteries capable of charging and discharging; a current detection means for detecting current flowing in the battery unit; a dischargeable capacity calculation means for calculating dischargeable capacity of the battery unit on the basis of the current detected by the current detection means; and a capacity correction means for correcting residual capacity of the battery unit including the dischargeable capacity calculated with the dischargeable capacity calculation means. The capacity correction means corrects residual capacity on the basis of an estimated dischargeable capacity calculated from a relationship between designated voltage set up in advance and descent speed of the voltage of the battery unit when the voltage of the battery unit goes below a designated threshold.
