Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a network radar system which can perform target tracking with higher reliability. SOLUTION: The network radar system includes a tracking radar assignment evaluating section which controls the detection test part of a switching object radar that is different from a radar assigned for tracking of a target, via the medium of a radar control part, and makes this part execute a beam irradiation test, when the covering area of this radar is separated from that of the switching object radar different therefrom, and which makes the radar control part switch the target tracking radar over to the different switching object radar, when the result of the beam irradiation test shows that an S/N ratio is a prescribed threshold or above. When the result of the beam irradiation test shows that the S/N ratio is below the prescribed threshold, execution of tracking of the target is assigned to another switching object radar, based on an estimated track of the target calculated from the covering areas of a plurality of radars, excluding this different switching object radar and from the situation of detection of the target. For this purpose, the evaluation section makes a tracking radar assignment plan calculating part recalculate a tracking radar assignment plan and makes the radar control part switch the target tracking radar over to the other switching object radar.
