Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for reducing secondary airflow in a gas turbine. SOLUTION: The device includes an inter-stage sealing member 28 located between a plurality of first turbine buckets 22 attached to a first rotor disk 20, and a plurality of second turbine buckets 22 attached to a second rotor disk 20. The first rotor disk 20 and the second rotor disk 20 are rotatable about a central axis. The inter-stage sealing member 28 is configured to be attached in a fixed position relative to the first rotor disk 20 and the second rotor disk 20, and to contact the plurality of first buckets 22 and the plurality of second buckets 22 in a sealing engagement.
