SOLUTION: A compressor clearance control system (100) comprises a casing heat exchanger (110) positioned about the casing (24) of the compressor (20), and a conduit (120) in communication with the casing heat exchanger (110) and the oil recirculation system (70) so as to heat the casing (24) of the compressor (20) with the flow (85) of oil from the oil recirculation system (70).
