Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collecting pipe improved in overall drainage efficiency by increasing drainage efficiency without impairing the collecting efficiency of conventional collecting pipes and not affecting construction efficiency and cost. SOLUTION: Collecting holes 12 of 4-5 mm in diameter are formed at the wall of the collecting pipe 11 while tilting axes 12a of the collecting holes 12 at 25-45° with respect to the axis 11a of the collecting pipe 11 in the flow direction. An area of the collecting hole 12 when viewed in the radial direction of the collecting pipe 11 is made 100% larger in area with respect to an area of a circle with a diameter of 5 mm.
