Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anodization treatment apparatus which easily forms a homogeneous film in a peripheral groove. SOLUTION: The anodization treatment apparatus includes: a first electrode member 15 connected to a metal article A to be treated having a peripheral groove A1 formed in the outer circumferential surface 22; a second electrode member 17 having an inner circumferential surface 21 which is formed in a ring shape and opposes to the outer circumferential surface 22 and the peripheral groove A1 at an interval B; non-conductive annular elastic seal materials 31 each capable of sealing a gap B between the outer circumferential surface 22 and the inner circumferential surface 21 at each of both sides of the peripheral groove A1; and a pressing mechanism 34 which elastically deforms each elastic seal material 31 so as to seal the gap B by pressing each elastic seal material 31 in the groove width direction of the peripheral groove A1 with respect to the second electrode member 17. The pressing mechanism 34 is provided so as to freely switch the elastic seal members 31 to a pressed state or a pressure release state. A supply flow passage 23 for supplying an electrolytic solution to the peripheral groove A1 and a discharge flow passage 24 for discharging the electrolytic solution supplied to the peripheral groove A1 are each formed to have an opening at the inner circumferential surface 21.
