Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized catalytic cracking unit and a method of controlling the instability of operation of a deethanizer in a gas recovery apparatus of a delayed caulking apparatus. SOLUTION: The control of the instability in the deethanizer is achieved using a method including a step of intervening in the deethanizer when the instability in the deethanizer occurs and adjusting a material balance by taking out excess water in a raw material loading flow 9 only as an azeotrope. The intervention is carried out by introducing a fraction 18 of volume of hydrocarbon flow and/or the external flow of the apparatus which may be any of dry hydrocarbon or hydrocarbon containing low content of water into the feed load flow 9 of the deethanizer 13.
