Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an extract containing apigenin in a high concentration from an extract of an apigenin-containing plant. SOLUTION: This method for producing the extract containing the apigenin in a high concentration comprises making an adsorption carrier to adsorb the extract of the apigenin-containing plant, washing the adsorbed extract with water or an aqueous ethanol solution having a concentration of ≤20 vol%, and then eluting the apigenin from the adsorbed product with an aqueous ethanol solution having a concentration of 40 to 99.5 vol%.
