SOLID-STATE IMAGING APPARATUS AND CAMERA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus stabilizing substrate bias, and sufficiently exhibiting even an effect of an electronic shutter. SOLUTION: First capacitance 26 and second capacitance 27 having a large capacitance value relative to that of the first capacitance are connected to a board bias terminal 23 of a CCD solid-state imaging element, the first capacitance 26 is always grounded, and the second capacitance 27 is grounded only in an exposure period. Changeover of whether the second capacitance is grounded or not is determined based on a board bias capacitance control signal having the same phase as that of a board bias control signal.
