PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillation device which can suppress thermal lens effect and improve an output inexpensively. SOLUTION: In the laser oscillation device 10A, a flash lamp 21 is used as an excitation light source 20, and a laser medium part 31 is formed in a disk shape. Thereby, while an output of a laser beam Y increases, concentration of thermal energy at a specific part is prevented by irradiation of excitation light X to reduce temperature gradient. In addition, the entire surface of the laser medium part 31 is cooled by a heat sink 33 formed of a Peltier element or the like, and the generation of the temperature gradient is securely suppressed.
