METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING TURBO COMPRESSOR GROUP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve load dispersion adjustment, which is known internally practically, for a plurality of jointed turbo compressors. SOLUTION: In a method for controlling at least two turbo compressors (1.1, 2.1), each has a control device (1.2, 2.2) for maintaining a distance relative to a pump limit curve (P1, P2) of each turbo compressor; wherein a first distance (A1.1, A2.1) is determined for each turbo compressor from its pump limit curve; wherein the distance (A1.1, A2.1) to be maintained can be trimmed relative to this first distance in the control devices; and wherein the distance (A2.2) of a control device (2.2) to be maintained is trimmed relative to its first distance (A2.1) based on trimming (A1.1→A1.2) of another control device (1.2) in such a way that a total process variable (dV/dt) remains substantially constant for controlling at least the two turbo compressors (1.1, 2.1).
