Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recovering or outputting bidirectional power using only one device, while power recovery and output devices which operate in each direction have been required to recover or output a bidirectional, X- and Y-axis, power. SOLUTION: The phase difference of a swing motion generated between two objects, i.e., a bidirectional rotational energy generated in the frame and spider of a universal joint at their respective angles is recovered as a fluid energy or electric energy using a vane pump or a power generation device. The device outputs power in two directions at the same time by using a vane pump to output power and changing the power generation device to a motor, and also changes a linear motion to a rotational motion using the spider shaft as a bell crank and utilizing a linear directional phase difference generated between the spider shaft and the frame to recover the motion as a power, or outputs power as an oppositely directed motion.
