APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING STERILE WATER FOR CHAIR UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing sterile water for a chair unit, wherein the sterile water, having extremely low chlorine concentration in such an extent that the sterile water is drinkable and does not corrode the chair unit, can be sent to the chair unit with stable precision after a dilute operation is started, and the cost is reduced. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for producing the sterile water for the chair unit, in which the sterile water is produced by mixing an aqueous solution of chlorine into water, is provided with: a flow passage 2 through which water flows; an undiluted solution storage unit 9 constituted to store the aqueous solution of chlorine; a mixing unit 8 constituted to produce the sterile water; backward flow preventing means 30, 40, and 50 constituted to prevent the sterile water from flowing backward in the flow passage 2; a sterile water tank 20 arranged on the downstream side of the mixing unit 8 on the flow passage 2; and a control means 7 for controlling so that the sterile water in the sterile water tank 20 is automatically caused to flow to a drainage passage 26.
