POWER CONVERSION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion apparatus which has a load leveling function, interrupts a system cooperation switch when instantaneous drop occurs due to a system accident and stably supplies necessary power to a load without stopping the function as a power converter by output over-current of an inverter. SOLUTION: The power conversion apparatus 30A includes a self-power supply system 34 comprising a secondary battery system 55 which is connected in parallel to a power system 32 supplying three phase AC power to the load 31 through a high speed switch 36 from an AC power supply through a transformer 35 and a filter 39 and performs a cooperation operation with the power system and a self-sustaining current control means 44A interrupting the high speed switch 36 and supplying power to the load 31 when instantaneous drop occurs in the power system 32. In the self-sustaining current control means 44A, a load voltage control signal operated in a loop transfer function operating means 62b of a PID control circuit 62 can be fed back to a pre-stage of the PID control circuit.
