CHATTERING REMOVABLE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chattering removable device capable of suppressing manufacture costs with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The device includes means for determining whether an MSB of the last shift register value stored in a temporary register R2 is 1. When the MSB of the last shift register value is 1 (S13;Yes), a counter C1 is made increment just by 1 (S14). A counter C2 is made increment just by 1 (S16) and the shift register value in the temporary register R2 is shifted to left by 1 bit (S17). It is determined whether a count value of the counter C1 is a chattering removable threshold N (e.g., 4), namely, whether the number of continuous 1 in the latest shift register value is 4.
