Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric power generation module with high efficiency which can generate electric power using waste heat and also dissipate heat. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric power generation module is fabricated by a centrifugal pressure melt process of melting and solidifying a powdery material while applying centrifugal force to the powdery thermoelectric material, the thermoelectric power generation module being structured to have at least one or more pairs of p-type and n-type filmy thermoelectric elements formed on a base having grooves precut and made of an insulating material and also having a heat conduction member on a heat reception side.
