Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric power generation module which has thermoelectric power generation elements formed in through-holes formed in an insulating structure and also has high mechanical strength, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a thermoelectric power generation module, in which thermoelectric power generation elements are formed in a plurality of through-holes, by a centrifugal pressure melt process, comprises feeding a powdery material being a source material of the thermoelectric element in the plurality of parallel through-holes of a structure made of an insulating material, covering both opening surfaces of the structure for sealing, heating the powdery material in the structure while applying centrifugal force and heating to melt the powdery material, and then solidifying the powdery material.
