Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and the algorithm of operating a turbine at a base load in an emission compliant capable mode, to avoid combustion dynamics while operating with cold fuel and hot fuel combustion hardware. SOLUTION: Prescribed fuel division for avoiding the combustion dynamic is scheduled (155) when a temperature of gas fuel is below a prescribed value. Interlock is invalidated to prevent mode transition in the cold fuel (130, 135). A corrected Wobbe index of the gas fuel is determined as to whether the corrected Wobbe index is below an emission compliant value or not (160). An alarm is activated (165) when the corrected Wobbe index is below the emission compliant value to notify an operator of a potential emission shift. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
