Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device capable of decompressing appropriately fuel pressure in a fuel rail, and capable of maintaining properly it. SOLUTION: The fuel supply device 1 includes a high pressure pump 20, fuel rail 30, return flow passages 50, 51, a pressure control valve 40, a pressure detecting means 32, and a control means 60. The control means 60 controls a constant residual pressure valve 41 to bring the fuel pressure in the fuel rail 30 into pressure higher than the saturated vapor pressure of fueL when stopping an operation of an engine. The fuel pressure in the fuel rail 30 is thereby reduced properly after stopping the engine. Consequently, the fuel supply device 1 can reduce fuel leakage from each injector 31 into a cylinder caused by a rise of the fuel pressure in the fuel rail 30 in accompanied by a rise of the temperature of an engine room after stopping the engine.
