Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable moisture-proof insulation coating capable of undergoing short-time treatment, forming a coating film excellent in curability, moisture-proofness and heat cyclability, with the coating film visually checkable instantaneously, and to provide a method for producing electronic components using the same. SOLUTION: The photocurable moisture-proof insulation coating includes: (A) an acryloxy- or methacryloxy-terminated polybutadiene with a number-average molecular weight of 900-10,000; (B) 1-50 pts.mass, based on 50 pts.mass of the component (A), of an unsaturated double bond-bearing monomer; (C) 0.1-10 pts.mass, based on 100 pts.mass of the total of the components (A) and (B), of a photopolymerization initiator; and (D) a colorant. The method for producing electronic components moisture-proof and electrically insulated is also provided, including coating electronic components with the coating. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
