Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a structure for climbing steps is complicated, and the number of components is increased. SOLUTION: There are provided traveling wheels 5 having circulating traveling faces 15 at external peripheries and capable of executing rolling travel. Each traveling wheel 5 is divided into a plurality of circumferentially divided parts 17. The divided parts 17 are supported in an advancing/retracting and opening/closing manner in the radial direction of the traveling wheel 5 so that a front end side in the rolling travel direction is advanced and retracted, and turned and displaced, and the division parts 17 are selectively projected and deployed, and engaged with steps 47.
