Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit, integrated circuit device and electronic apparatus, in which a clock signal can be generated by selecting a desired frequency from among a plurality of frequencies. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit includes: first to n-th inverting circuits INV1-INVn including a first inverting circuit to the input of which one terminal of a capacitor 10, one terminal of a first resistor 20 and one terminal of a second resistor 30 are connected, and the n-th (n is an even number of ≥2) inverting circuit to the output of which the other terminal of the capacitor 10 is connected; a first drive inverting circuit DR1 to which the output of the n-th inverting circuit INVn is input, for driving the other terminal of the first resistor 20; and a second drive inverting circuit DR2, to which the output of the n-th inverting circuit INVn is input, for driving the other terminal of the second resistor 30.
