SIGNATURE SYSTEM, SIGNATURE DEVICE, SIGNATURE VERIFICATION DEVICE, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the possibility of being capable of verifying that a second electronic document is not signed even when an electronic signature is formed to the second electronic document different from a first electronic document specified by a user. SOLUTION: An electronic document processing device 10 makes a printing device 20 print the electronic document of a signature object. A user executes a handwritten signature to the paper document 30 of a printed result by using the signature device 40. The paper document 30 to which the handwritten signature is executed is kept in a drawer 50. The signature device 40 acquires the handwriting data of the handwritten signature and executes the electronic signature using the signature key of the user to data for which the hash value of the electronic document and the handwriting data are coupled. The value of the electronic signature is registered in a document management system 60 according to the paper document 30 inside the drawer 50 together with the electronic document and the handwriting data. When the verification of the electronic signature of the registered electronic document is successful, a signature verification system 70 compares the handwriting data in association with the electronic signature with the handwritten signature on the paper document 30 inside the drawer 50 further.
