Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass material and a radio-frequency substrate, suitable for forming a conductive structure appropriate for radio-frequency use on a substrate. SOLUTION: In order to improve radio-frequency properties of the radio-frequency substrate or a radio-frequency conductor component, the radio-frequency substrate which includes an applied layer having thickness of 0.05 μm to 5 mm, in particular, and has loss coefficient tanδ of 70×10-4or less at least in a frequency range more than 1 GHz, or a glass material for forming an insulation layer for the radio-frequency conductor component is provided.
