Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor in which a leakage current is hardly generated. SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element 1 and an exterior resin 2 covering the capacitor element 1. The capacitor element 1 has a positive electrode 11 with a positive electrode lead 12 led out, a dielectric layer 13 formed on the surface of the positive electrode 11, and a cathode layer 15 formed on the dielectric layer 13. In the solid-state electrolytic capacitor, a protrusion 16 is formed on the side of a lead-out part 12a led out from the positive electrode 11 of the positive electrode lead 12. A part of the exterior resin 2 is interposed between the plane 1a on which the lead-out part 12a of the positive electrode lead 12 is led out of the outer peripheral surface of the capacitor element 1 and the protrusion 16. In the concrete structure, the protrusion 16 presents a cylindrical shape. The protrusion 16 is fixed to the positive electrode lead 12 while the outer peripheral surface makes contact with the side of the lead-out part 12a of the positive electrode lead 12.
