SOLUTION: The solar battery module has a transparent substrate 1 supporting a solar battery cell on a light-receiving side of the solar battery cell. On a light incident side of the transparent substrate 1, a transparent sheet 5 is overlaid that has an optical directionality structure 6 having pyramid-shaped recessions or projections. The transparent sheet 5 to be used is made of a resin, and has a structure having a number of microlenses. This suppresses losses caused by light reflection on an incident surface.
