Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to further improve corrosion resistance while sufficiently securing superior conductivity in a conductive member having a base material layer made of metal and a conductive carbon layer arranged on its surface. SOLUTION: The conductive member firstly has a metal base material layer, and the conductive carbon layer containing conductive carbon. The conductive carbon layer is positioned on at least one main surface of the metal base material layer. Then, the intensity ratio R (ID/IG) of D-band peak intensity (ID) to G-band peak intensity (IG) measured by Raman scattering spectral analysis of the conductive carbon layer is 1.3 or more.
