Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce discharge voltage since rise of the same tends to promote wear of, and degrade durability of, a discharge electrode. SOLUTION: The electrode chip integrally jointing a plurality of metal wires with a cross-section shape of round, regular polygon, or similar to it, can take a large edge length of a discharge face as a chip simple substance to enable to reduce discharge voltage. If metal-wire metal is to be one with high thermal conductivity, heat dissipation of the electrode chip can be accelerated to have wear of the electrode further restrained.
