PRINT SUPPORT PROGRAM, INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine whether or not a document being edited can be printed using printers. SOLUTION: A PC 2 connected to printers 3, 5 is caused to function as an information collecting unit 16a which requests status information about a printable document from the printers 3, 5, receives the status information from each of the printers, and obtains document information about printing including at least the paper setting of a document to be edited; a determination process unit 16b which determines whether or not the document can be printed using the printers 3, 5 according to the status information and the document information; and a display/setting control process unit 16c which displays information about whether or not printing using the printers 3, 5 is possible according to the result of determination as to whether or not it is possible to print.
