Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce distortion in directivity, and to expand a sensing range. SOLUTION: A wave transmitting line array and a wave receiving line array are two-divided into wave-transmitting line arrays 1 and 2 and wave-receiving line arrays 3 and 4, respectively. The wave transmitting line arrays 1 and 2 and the wave receiving line arrays 3 and 4 are three-dimensionally arranged in a cross to form a peak at the center of a transducer and form an umbrella-shaped cross array (umbrella cross array), and a zenith direction of the line array is tilted by θ° with respect to a zenith direction of the transducer. The zenith direction of the transducer is offset from the zenith direction of the line array by θ° when compared with the case that a flat cross array is used, whereby a difference between a coordinate position of a target and an actual coordinate position is reduced. Thus, accurate target sensing over a wide range becomes possible. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
