Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close a circular aperture formed on an envelope into which infrared rays are incident with a circular optical filter, suppress leakage of the envelope, prevent a drop in detection sensitivity for the infrared rays, and provide a reliable infrared sensor and electric equipment. SOLUTION: The infrared sensor includes a detection element 1 for detecting infrared rays, the envelope 2 in which the detection element 1 is accommodated, having the circular aperture 5 to which the infrared rays are incident formed, and whose inside is reduced in pressure, and the circular optical filter 6 having a diameter larger than that of the aperture 5, provided concentrically with the aperture 5 for closing the aperture 5 and transmitting the infrared rays in a predetermined wavelength region.
