Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is only destructive inspection requiring an extremely long time or nondestructive inspection requiring a long time under a present situation, an effect is unfavorable with respect to work, and efficiency is poor at the water's edge since an analysis is implemented in a quarantine station by an official method requiring an extremely long time although a toxic material detection means for nondestructively and quickly determining a toxic material is required from a viewpoint of the safety and security of foods. SOLUTION: A technology based on an infrared spectrometry technology employs a light source as a quantum cascade laser stronger than a conventional light source, improves an S/N ratio, dispenses with repetitive measurement, and instantaneously indicates a result. Since a mechanical drive mechanism is eliminated from a measurement system, optical axis adjustment is eliminated, and portability is improved while an infrared spectrometry apparatus is employed.
