Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating an ultraviolet damage risk, especially a technique capable of knowing the skin pigmentation tendency of an examinee using a skin keratoid layer collected using a noninvasive means. SOLUTION: The amount of melanin of the skin is estimated using the amount of annexin II protein in the skin keratoid layer as an index.
