Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device capable of suppressing backflow of lubricating oil which does not reach an oil receiving part toward a rotating member. SOLUTION: The power transmission device includes: the rotating member 39; a case 4 storing the rotating member 39 and having a storage part 29 formed below the rotating member 39 to store lubricating oil; and the oil receiving part 50 arranged above the rotating member 39 to store lubricating oil sent out from the storage part 29 by the rotation of the rotating member 39. The power transmitting device further includes a guide member 53 which is arranged along the flowing direction of the sent-out lubricating oil toward the oil receiving part 50 viewed in the axial direction of the rotating member 39 and which partitions a space on the vertical upper side from the rotating member 39 within the case 4 to form a flow passage of the lubricating oil communicating the rotating member 39 with the oil receiving part 50. The guide member 53 is arranged between inner wall faces 4d, 4e of the case 4 opposing to each other in the axial direction of the rotating member 39 sandwiching the rotating member 39, and an opening 60 is formed in a portion of the guide member 53 radially opposing to the outer peripheral face of the rotating member 39.
