STATIC PRESSURE BEARING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static pressure bearing device which can send a pressure fluid to a plurality of static pressure pockets by fine clearance orifices. SOLUTION: The static pressure bearing device includes: communicated passages 16, 17, which supply the pressure fluid to the static pressure pockets 24, 25, 26, 62; the orifices 1; and a pressure supply passage 10. The orifices are structured with a fine clearance part 11 provided between two pieces of members 2, 3, static pressure pocket side openings 6, 7 of the plurality of communicated passages 16, 17 opened directly to the fine clearance part with each opening being separated from each other by a predetermined distance, and an inlet side opening part 8 opened to the fine clearance part being separated from the plurality of static pressure pocket side openings by a predetermined distance. An inlet passage 9 is provided which communicates the inlet side opening part with the pressure supply passage. The fine clearance part shall be a recessed groove 3 in cross section with a fine depth h between tow pieces of planes 2a, 5a or a fine circumferential groove 71 between the outside circumference 63b of a bearing body and an inside diameter hole 64a of a casing.
