STEAM EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam equipment attaining enhancement of thermal efficiency by attaining the use of a high temperature steam and being excellent in economic properties and reliability. SOLUTION: The steam equipment is provided with a high temperature member 1 having one surface exposed to the high temperature steam 3 and the other surface cooled by a cooling steam 4 having a lower temperature than the high temperature steam 3; and a low temperature member 2 arranged so as to be opposed to the high temperature member 1 through a flow passage of the cooling steam 4 and comprising a material having lower heat-resistance than the high temperature member 1. The steam equipment has at least one high reflection ratio film of a first high reflection ratio film 6 formed on a surface exposed to the high temperature steam 3 of the high temperature member 1 and having a higher reflection ratio relative to an infrared light than the high temperature member 1 and a second high reflection ratio film 10 formed on a surface of the low temperature member 2 opposed to the high temperature member 1 and having a higher reflection ratio relative to an infrared light than the low temperature member 2.
