METHOD FOR REINFORCING RETAINING WALL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reinforcing a retaining wall, which can stabilize the retaining wall by securing a drainage function of the retaining wall and reinforcing ground by a simple construction method. SOLUTION: A drain pipe 7, which has many holes in the longitudinal direction, with one end formed as an opened end and the other end as a closed end is provided. The drain pipe is inserted and driven into the ground 6 from a weep hole 3, and the ground 6 is compacted, while the drain pipe 7 is anchored so that groundwater can be discharged from the opening end of the drain pipe 7. Additionally, when the weep hole 3 is put into a closed or approximately closed state, the drain pipe 7 is inserted and driven into the ground 6 from the weep hole 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
