HEATING PART WIRING STRUCTURE FOR FOOD PRODUCT BAKING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating part wiring structure for a food product baking apparatus, which suppresses the disconnection of wiring and which can be easily replaced at a low cost when the disconnection occurs. SOLUTION: The heating part wiring structure for the food product baking apparatus includes: a machine frame with a temperature control part arranged therein; pairs of baking plates where one or more food product baking recesses are formed on the surfaces and heating units 35 for performing heating under the control of the temperature control part are arranged on the rear surfaces; wiring cables 48-51 for connecting the temperature management part to the heating units 35; and a wiring part A for connecting the wiring cables 48-51 to the rear surfaces of the pairs of baking plates. The wiring part A includes: respective wire connection parts 36-38 arranged on the rear surfaces of the baking plates; respective wire connection parts 40-43 which are separated in the height direction from the connection wiring parts 36-38 and arranged inside the heating units and to each of which one end of each of the wiring cables 48-51 is connected; and wiring members 44-47 disposed over the respective wire connection parts 36-38 and wire connection parts 40-43.
