PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device of an electronic equipment in which there is no gap formed in a mounting part of a switch, and a feeling becomes superior when switched, and the switch device like this. SOLUTION: The switch device is equipped with a switch body 23 mounted on a substrate 12, a push button 16 having a switch protrusion 52 directly contacting with the switch body 23, and the button body 50 having the switch protrusion 52 protruded on a rear face, and a button opening 34 which is formed in a panel body 14 where the push button 16 is arranged and installed, and guides switch operation of the button body 50 by sliding the peripheral face of the button body 50.
