SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE AND OFFSET VOLTAGE CANCELLATION METHOD FOR SENSE AMPLIFIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset voltage cancellation method for a sense amplifier. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes: a sense amplifier 20 for amplifying a potential difference between a signal line pair INBL and INRBL and a signal line pair INBL and INRBL; a cancel charge generation circuit 30 for generating cancel charges according to the offset voltage of the sense amplifier 20; a cancel charge storage circuit 40 for storing cancel charges; and a cancel charge supply circuit 50 for canceling the offset voltage by supplying the cancel charges stored in the cancel charge storage circuit 40 to the signal line pair INBL and INRBL. The cancel charges based on the offset voltage are temporarily stored, and supplied to the signal line pair INBL and INRBL to cancel the offset voltage.
