| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotography toner and a method for manufacturing the toner having excellent low temperature fixability and chargeability as well as excellent pulverizing property, and to provide a crystalline polyester to be used for the toner. SOLUTION: The crystalline polyester is obtained by condensation polymerization of an alcohol component and a carboxylic acid component containing an aromatic dicarboxylic acid compound by 50 to 97 mol% and an unsaturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acid compound by 3 to 50 mol%, wherein the polyester is crosslinked by the unsaturated aliphatic dicarboxylic acid compound. Thus, the crystalline polyester and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The electrophotography toner containing a binder resin for toner containing the crystalline polyester and an amorphous polyester, and a method for manufacturing the toner are provided.
