Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and display an overcurrent and standby power applied to a load connected to an outlet by a minimal power consumption. SOLUTION: A power consumption/overcurrent display includes: a display section 5 for displaying a state of the power consumption or the overcurrent; a control section 30 for operating a display on the display section 5; a first power supply section 10 for detecting a current flowing in the load, and generating a voltage in proportion to the detected current value; and a second power supply section for intermittently charging power flowing from the load, and supplying the charged power to the control section. The control section 30 is configured so as to indicate timing when the second power supply section 20 deactivates charging if the first power supply section 10 generates a predetermined voltage or more, and also indicate timing when the second power supply section 20 intermittently activates the charging if the first power supply section 10 generates a voltage less than the predetermined voltage.
