Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretreatment method of a measuring solution having no analysis obstructing action in the separation and quantification analysis of the hemoglobin and hemoglobin analogous substance in the hemoglobin-containing liposome suspension. SOLUTION: After a surfactant is added to the hemoglobin-containing liposome suspension, a liposome membrane is broken by freezing and melting. Next, an organic solvent not modifying hemoglobin is added to the supernatant fluid obtained by subjecting the solution after the breakage of the liposome membrane to high-speed centrifugal separation to stirr the supernatant fluid and the liposome membrane constituting lipid after breakage dissolved in the organic solvent is subsequently removed by weak centrifugal separation to perform the separation and quantification analysis.
