Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of determining whether a temperature sensor detecting a temperature of a cooking container is brought into contact with the lower face of the cooking container or not. SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a heating means heating the cooking container; a heat gathering body 50 abutting on the lower face of the cooking container; a first temperature sensor 1 having a temperature sensing part 11 thermally connected to the heat gathering body 50 to detect a temperature of the cooking container; and a second temperature sensor 2 having a temperature sensing part 21 connected to the lower side of the temperature sensing part 11 of the first temperature sensor 1 via the temperature sensing part 11 of the first temperature sensor 1 and a thermal resistance member 3.
